How to install your wall hook: 
Use a drill (with a 6mm drill bit) to create a hole in the wall. 
Using a hammer, gently tap the provided anchor into the drilled hole. The anchor should be flush with the wall. 
Finally, insert the screw of your wall hook into the anchor and tighten it by gently handling the hook.
 
Porcelain is a delicate material, therefore, the tightening of the fixing screw should not be excessive.
